My favourite food is cabbage. I love it as it is crunchy and healthy for our body. It is important to eat healthy as it can keep us healthy and fit. If we do not eat healthy, we may end up with fatty liver, diabetes and so on.I love to eat fruits and vegetables as it give me energy to do alot of things. I really like the idea of encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables as it decreases the amount of absenties in our school as well as keeping us fit and healthy. I LOVE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!!!
